Horse Show Preparation
As part of my mandate to educate people on horse shows and horse related items we will be offering horse show preparation tips and tricks and consultations.
It’s a great time to conduct a ‘shake down’ on your past horse show season and review what should be happening with your upcoming season. Conduct a check-up on your training methods and strategies for your up coming year and design your training program for the up coming show season.
- Review last season – Did you achieve your goals? Which areas grew and which decreased?
- Set your new goals and make them SMART – specific, measureable, attainable, realistic, timely.
- Look around and see how your discipline has changed. Have you grown with your collegues/competitors?
- Do you have strategies in place to accommodate any changes
